Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or special-order items

Products damaged due to misuse

Consumables like batteries (if opened)

Return Process:

Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Ship the product back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If paid by COD, a bank transfer refund may be arranged upon confirmation of account details.
